Creative Writing Morphing

Go through that big stack of magazines you have people save for you, and as you’re reading and scanning through, cut out pictures with no particular theme in mind. Take your big stack of pictures to school, give each student two or three pictures randomly, and have them write a story that links the pictures together. If they are stumped, tell them to write something about each picture separately, then morph them together. Then collage everything onto a sheet of construction paper to display on the wall.
