Who we are
Teachnet.com is operated by Prairie Cube Media, 9218 Metcalf Ave Ste 197, Overland Park, Kansas 66212.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Generally, Teachnet.com does not provide user accounts and therefore doesn’t collect personal data from our visitors. To support our writing and sharing, we do monetize our efforts by utilizing advertising networks, which may include third-party embedded ads. Those advertising networks may issue and track our visitors with cookies. You can opt out of targeting tracking on a per-advertiser or per-network basis, by visiting the advertiser’s website or privacy pages.

Media
We do not allow media uploads via the website.

Contact forms
If you fill out a contact form on our websites, we may choose to retain your form data and other submissions indefinitely, but will not use the information submitted through them for marketing purposes.

Analytics
We use Google Analytics to analyze our traffic. Google uses cookies to track users without disclosing personally identifiable information to publishers, like Teachnet.com.

Who we share your data with
Our site is built with WordPress and is privately cloud hosted. Cookie data may be passed to our server as well as to third-party ad servers. Those third-party ad providers generally allow for users to opt-in/opt-out of certain types of data sharing. Visit their websites for more information. By default WordPress does not share any personal data with anyone.

Comments are currently turned off. If you leave a comment in the future or have left one previously, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

Data retention and rights you have over your data
We do not support or utilize user accounts on our site, nor do we collect personal data about visitors to our site. If you send us an email for any reason, that email may be retained on our mailserver and we may choose to interact with you further via email or other communication.

European data protection law requires data about European residents which is transferred outside the European Union to be safeguarded to the same standards as if the data was in Europe. So in addition to listing where data goes, you should describe how you ensure that these standards are met either by yourself or by your third party providers, whether that is through an agreement such as Privacy Shield, model clauses in your contracts, or binding corporate rules.
