Teachnet is proud to be selected as a Wichita, Kansas business partner for the Youth Entrepreneurs of Kansas summer internship program. Five metro area students will be spending six weeks in the Teachnet offices during June and July.

Through work experience, the students will learn about being a professional in the e-business industry. They will be accountable to meeting goals and objectives, and will be exposed to general business operations, marketing, finance and human resources. They will also be responsible for completing a final project, utilizing the skills they have acquired.

The main focus of the summer Teachnet program will be internet video. Teachnet recognizes that an explosion in the use of internet video is about to happen, and the staff is busy developing video products for their education website to continue to serve the needs of educators worldwide.
