Use Staff as Teachers The administrators and staff in your building are resources that are mostly overlooked. When they can spare a few minutes, have them share with your class something in their line of work. For example, custodians can explain how floor wax and buffing machines work; your principal might talk about what they taught once upon a time. Everyone has a story to tell!
