It is also important to watch out for wind gusts when removing the stencil
if you plan to keep it. Using a contrasting color of tape will help you
locate all the pieces at this point, and keeps you from ripping the stencil.
As some people are moving the stencil, others can begin connecting the dots
on the map. Make sure you've got a good copy or two of a US map. We had
a little trouble around Maryland, and our mailman told us that West Virginia
was a little off.
